2012 GradComm

Tickets for Grad Ball, the Iron Ring Stag (IRS), and yearbooks all go on sale THIS COMING MONDAY, January 9th at 11:30 AM in the back room of the Engineering Society office (CPH-1327). All of these items will be available daily from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM until they are sold out. Details for each are below:

Grad Ball (at St. George Hall on March 24th)
Tickets are $65 each when bought individually. You may bring a date, if desired.  You can purchase their ticket for an additional $65. You will need to choose a table to sit at when purchasing your ticket(s). If you want to reserve an entire table, you and the group of people you would like to sit with MUST show up to buy tickets at the same time. ONLY 8 PEOPLE MAY SIT AT A SINGLE TABLE. IRS (at the Waterloo Inn on February 11th)
Tickets are $30 each when bought individually; this includes admission to and transportation to and from the event (school bus shuttle between DWE Cul-de-Sac and the Waterloo Inn), as well as a pair of black IRS-branded shorts. Only UW Engineering Grads who graduate this year may attend. Please be aware that IRS is a casual and black attire event. Any non-black clothing will be removed from your person; this is strictly enforced. For more information, click here.

Yearbooks (to be picked up the day of convocation)
Yearbooks with a non-personalized cover are $60 each. Those with a personalized cover are $65 each. For more information, click here.

Ticket Package (available up until February 10th)
The ticket package is $150 and includes:
Admission for 1 to Grad Ball
Admission for 1 to IRS
IRS-branded shorts
1 personalized yearbook

Payment for all of the above can be made by cash or cheque payable to “GradComm” ONLY. Any other form of payment is not accepted.
